Current Available in many stiffnesses.
The force gauge is available in stiffnesses ranging from 0.01 nano Newtons/micron to
1 micro Newton/micron of deflection. The deflection is measured visually by optical
microscope having either a measuring reticle in the eyepiece or a video camera and
computer with video measurement software.
The gages are individually calibrated by free hanging microweights observed with a
microscope mounted with its optical axis horizontal.
