Micro Ruler to measure Micro Objects width and lengh. The ruler is mounted on a silicon block and the block
is installed on a 0.5 mm diameter stainless steel wire handle.
The wire handle can be mounted in a standard probe manipulator to position the ruler
near the object to be measured.
