Micro Peg in a Micro Hole

The silicon dioxide peg is 1 micron by 4 microns by 40 microns long.
The hole is 4 microns by 4 microns by 12 microns deep.
The peg was put in the hole using the HEXSIL micro tweezers on a probe station micromanipulator.
